TAMARA'S TEN COMMANDMENTS FOR ATTENDING A DANCE FITNESS CLASS

Hi ladies, I started taking Dance fitness at a gym two weeks ago and I immediately realized there is a need to outline some "commandments" that should be followed.  Here are a number of things to take note of when you want to attend a Dance fitness/Cardio session: 1.  THOU SHALT PACKAGE WELL! This is certainly my main point. Look, I am not 'heavily endowed' but before I do anything cardio, I endeavour to package myself. I wear a regular bra, a half-top kinda bra and then I wear a sports bra before putting on my top/t-shirt. Yes, I do all this overload and when I jump you still see boobs shaking a little. So imagine if I didn't wear all these? Or even imagine I'm heavier on top?! Sisters please and please, don't come for class loosely. Doesn't it hurt??? FEAR OF FAILURE

I don't know of anything that cripples our dreams faster than the fear of failure. You have tried out that business venture twice, thrice, even ten times and it always ends up falling apart and you begin to wonder maybe it is not for you. Should I try it again or should I not? Will it even be worth the stress?  As a certified Zumba fitness instructor, I have tried running Saturday morning classes at two locations in the past two years. The first one was off Toyin street, Allen-Avenue and the second was at an estate in Alausa, Ikeja. They both started out okay (not quite as great as I would have expected) and then they both ended. The details of how those years went are just too much for a post, but somewhere along the line, I got very discouraged.
